Hi there and welcome to Growth Grit and Grace Coaching

I'm Grace, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Women's Health Coach, Personal Trainer & hopefully your future coach!

While I have you here, let me ask if any of this sounds familiar...

I see so many women believing they have to be super restrictive with their diets, drastically cut calories, and push themselves to exhaustion at the gym to see results.

But instead, this often leads to chronic fatigue, a strained relationship with food and movement, and imbalances in digestion and hormone health.

When the desired results don't materialize, the instinct is to push harder—doing more, eating less—perpetuating a cycle that overstresses the body and works against its natural design.

Scripture reminds us: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit... Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

By overexerting and under nourishing ourselves, we end up neglecting the responsibility of caring for the bodies that God hand crafted.

So, how do we break this cycle?

I guide my clients through what I call the Self-Love System—an individualized approach to developing a positive relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.

By first reducing stress and providing the nourishment your body needs to function optimally, we can create a foundation where structured strength training leads to sustainable, healthy results.

When your digestive systems and hormones are balanced, you can say goodbye to bloating and chronic fatigue, and instead, feel energized, light, and aligned in your body.

If you're tired of cookie-cutter programs and temporary fixes, fill out the application below, and let's work together to find your root cause and restore balance—honoring your body as the temple it is.

“Before working with Grace, I was struggling with severe symptoms of GERD, taking large doses of anti-acid medication every day without relief, and unable to eat without fear of making my symptoms worse. Grace gave me consistent support and validation of my feelings and symptoms. I never encountered a situation where I felt that I was over exaggerating or being dramatic about my struggles, which is something my doctors made me feel in the past. She answered all my questions with kindness and empathy. Now, I’m off omeprazole, and enjoying life! My gut is definitely on the path to healing, and I can enjoy eating again!"
